Great for heavy items & hand truck accessibility.  Even better, our 10 & 14 yard dumpsters offer lower wall heights of just 4 feet.  Perfect for easier loading over the sides.  Unlike other options utilizing challenging heights of 5 to 8 feet, we’ve kept ease of loading in mind on all of our sizes.

These units can handle a high load capacity, for heavy plaster, drywall, roofing shingles, and concrete removal.

Door Options:

Have a narrow driveway or space? For difficult spaces, a best fit is our rear double-door style. Standard on our 10 & 14 yard.

Overhead Height & Weight Options:

Low Overhead power lines? Or need placement inside of a garage?  Some driveways and property have unique needs regarding operating space. We have various options for sizes, and different truck & dumpster deployment methods.  Concerned about truck weight on driveway or yard? Multiple solutions exist to keep overall rolling weight low, and per wheel  pressure in check

Base Rental includes:

• Dumpster for rental duration chosen
• Delivery & Pickup trucking within 15 miles of our location in Adrian
• Disposal Tonnage up to 2000 lbs

Rental Extras:

• Additional Days: $25/ea
• Additional Tonnage: $65/1000lbs, prorated
• Driveway Protection: $25 per rental
• Mattresses, Boxsprings, Tires, (rate varies upon size)

4 Main Rules:

• No Paints, Liquids or Adhesives
• Mattresses, Boxsprings Tires, are subject to additional costs.
• No items above walls. $50 Minimum Fine.
• Dirt, Concrete Plaster and heavy materials, permitted with prior approval only
